Use Dispatch, Live View, and time tracking

Owners and dispatchers who can view field staff can open Live View, Dispatch, and Time tracking under Schedule.
- Live View shows the current team.
- Dispatch shows the day's jobs and map.
- Time tracking shows shifts and time on jobs.
A map location is considered old after three minutes without a new point.
Location sharing from a technician's phone begins only after the phone app is released and is optional. The app explains it before sharing starts. The technician can continue or choose not now, and the app asks again if the explanation changes. A phone can hold up to 200 location points while offline and send them after it reconnects.
