Why an optional tool is missing
Learn which tools stay hidden until they are enabled for a business.
Some tools stay out of the menu until they are turned on for the business. If a tool is missing, do not follow instructions for it.

Owners can post to the pro network and block a business. Dispatchers can use the feed but cannot block. Technicians can view and react.
