Invite a teammate
Send an email invitation and choose the person's initial role.
Owners and dispatchers can invite teammates. Only an owner can invite another owner.
- Open Settings, then Team.
- Enter the person's name and email.
- Choose Technician, Dispatcher, or Owner.
- Send the invitation.
The teammate receives one email link. New users create an account from that link; existing users sign in. Use Resend if it did not arrive or Correct email if the address was wrong.
