Follow the technician on the way
Use a private arrival link to see visit status and a current arrival window.
A business can send you a private arrival link for one visit. It is not a public map of the technician all day.
The page can show whether the technician is on the way, arriving, or paused. During those states, it can also show a map and an arrival window. If the last location is old, the arrival window is hidden. If the link is inactive, the page says the arrival view is not available.
After the phone app is released, a job can open directions or call the customer when those details are saved. Until then, the business uses the office website.
