Use the private link to follow matching, quotes, and the final request status.
After you submit a request, MyExpertPros sends a private tracking link. Keep the full link; a partial link cannot find your request.
Request status
- Matching in progress: the request is open.
- Professional selected: you chose one professional.
- Request closed: you closed it and the professionals were told.
- Request expired: 72 hours passed.
Professional status
Each professional can show Request sent, Reviewing your request, Preparing a quote, Quote received, Partner confirmation pending, Selected, or Unavailable. A received quote includes the price and the date through which it is valid.
Sign in with the same account that sent the request when you are ready to choose a professional or close the request.
