Cancel or change a booking
Contact the business to cancel a job or request a new time.
You cannot cancel or move a booking on the public website yet. The business has to do it for you.
- Call or text the business using the phone number on its profile, if one is listed.
- Give your name and job number when you have it.
- Say whether you want to cancel or choose a new time.
- Wait for the business to confirm the change.
