Send the request
- Choose one of the trades available on the site and answer the job questions.
- Enter a five-digit ZIP code, your name, and your email.
- Add a mobile number if you want text updates, then confirm it with the code.
- Add up to six optional photos. Each original file must be 20 MB or smaller and use JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, or AVIF.
- Review the matches, choose up to three published professionals, and submit.
Texts are optional. Consent is not required to use the site, and message and data rates may apply.
Request limits
You can have two open requests at once. You cannot open another request for the same service within 24 hours; edit the existing request instead. A request expires after 72 hours.
A claimed listing receives the request in its business account. An unclaimed listing can be chosen only when a phone number is available, and staff handle that path. Sending a request does not guarantee a reply, acceptance, or price.
