Approve an estimate, sign, or pay a bill
Use the private link a business shares for estimates, contracts, and invoices.
A business can share a private estimate, invoice, or signature link. The link does nothing until the business shares it.
| Link | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Estimate | Read up to three options, approve one, or decline |
| Invoice | Read the bill and pay when online payment is ready |
| Signature | Read and sign the document |
A shared estimate can expire. An invoice can be draft, sent, viewed, partly paid, paid, overdue, or void.
Paying online
When the business has completed Stripe setup, you can pay by card or U.S. bank account. MyExpertPros does not add its fee to your total; you pay the amount shown.
If card payment is not ready, the page asks you to contact the business. You can contact them, or say you will pay with Zelle or cash. Zelle instructions appear when the business has saved a Zelle phone or email. That choice does not mark the invoice paid. The business records cash, check, Zelle, or another payment after they receive it. Recording a payment does not charge your card.
