Owners and dispatchers see Home, Jobs, Schedule, Customers, and More. Technicians see Home, Jobs, Schedule, and More, but not Customers. Home shows today's work and the clock when time tracking is on. Schedule shows the day; office roles can move work, while technicians see their own jobs.
A job can open directions when it has an address and call the customer when a phone number is saved.
More can show Listing, Requests, Reviews, Pro network, Team, Texts, optional communications tools, estimates, invoices, contracts, payments, books, Settings, device unlock, sign out, and account deletion. Visibility follows the person's role and which tools the business has enabled. Some money tasks and directory billing open the office website.
