Use saved jobs while the phone is offline
Understand the app's 72-hour job copy and connection messages.
This feature applies after the phone app is released. The app keeps a limited copy of jobs for the signed-in person.
- Online: the account is connected.
- Updating jobs…: a refresh is running.
- Offline: the app shows when the copy was saved and how many jobs are on the phone.
- Offline · no jobs saved on this phone: no job list has been stored for this sign-in.
The saved copy lasts 72 hours and includes the job, customer name, phone, address, time window, status, and assignments. New office changes wait until the phone reconnects. If refresh fails, the app says it could not update and keeps the saved jobs.
Connect once while signed in if no jobs are saved. Signing out clears location-sharing data for that phone.
