Change or cancel your directory plan
Owners manage directory checkout and billing from listing settings.
Only the owner manages directory billing. There is no long contract.
- Open Manage on the public site.
- Open Settings.
- Find the directory plans section.
- Choose a new plan, or open billing to cancel.
Dropping below Preferred turns Featured off. Pausing a paid plan also turns Featured off. After the phone app is released, directory billing in the app opens this same web page; billing does not run inside the app.
