Answer project requests
Review, quote, decline, or turn a won directory request into a job.
An active paid directory plan adds Listing, Requests, and Reviews under Grow in the office. After the phone app is released, owners and dispatchers also see them under More. Technicians do not.
On a request, you can mark it seen, mark it as quoting, send a total and summary, decline it, or turn a won request into a job.
| Label | Meaning |
|---|---|
| New | The request was sent |
| Seen | You opened it |
| Quoting | You are preparing the quote |
| Quote sent | The customer has the price |
| Declined | You declined |
| Won | The customer selected you |
| Closed | The request ended another way |
Published review replies are managed from Reviews. Posts are separate and appear only when content tools are enabled.
