What Certified Partner means
Learn the difference between the earned public label and paid badge download.
MyExpertPros uses the words Certified Partner for two different things. Do not mix them up.
Earned public label
The Certified Partner label on a public listing appears only when all of these are true:
- The business uses MyExpertPros software.
- An active license is on record.
- Insurance is approved.
- At least five jobs are complete.
Buying a directory plan does not add this label.
Paid-plan badge download
An active paid directory member can download a Certified Partner badge image and copy website code from listing settings. That download does not check a license, insurance, or identity.
Neither badge is a promise about the quality, safety, price, or result of the work.
