Change your text pack
Owners can review usage and choose a larger monthly allowance.
Every business starts with 150 text segments each month. Only an owner can change the pack.
- Open Usage & Billing in the office at app.myexpertpros.com.
- Review the month's segment use. A warning appears at 80%.
- Choose Small, Medium, or Large.
- Add an extra block of 5,000 segments when needed for a busy month.
Long texts can use more than one segment, and a picture message uses three.
